Despite a misunderstanding of services.HVAC EXPERTS went above and beyond to make sure to satisfy the needs of services required. Having a sales personnel schedule and within the same day managing technician Jordan Sheehan. It was great I didnâ t have to wait more time without my ac unit not working. I was concerned a pound the technicians arrival that i would arrive late to my work, but to my surprise the Jordan was very professional and right away less then 20 min he had a resolution for me. I also like that he was familiar with my model and gave advice of it being an old model he recommended services I can have done for maintenance. The Jordan was not pushing the need to sale but did advise it is something that I would need once my units goes out since my unit is old. I would most definitely remember HVAC Experts for any future needs and would gladly recommend them! Thank you Jordan for your professionalism and fast service.

The project was top notch

Freindly respectful Tony home and answered any question I had about the new HVAC 2 stage system and UVC air cleaning supplies. They even reprogrammed my thermostat to accept the energy saving system. Ask for the home evaluation and consultation to see yours exact needs and check ventilation system. They really want you to have optimum performance and energy savings. Fabian and Gilbert are GREAT.

I did an excellent job and I had the AC heating. You didn't repair the duckwork repaired and cleaned they did it a superb job.

Positive experience from the scheduling of the appointment thru the actual service call. A very friendly staff and the tech took the time to explain everything. I will use them again.

I canâ t say enough good things about these guys. We had to replace our entire unit (& all that entails). They showed up this morning at 9:00 and are literally still here finishing up the installation (11:00pm)!! It was a BIG job. They have worked their rears off. Of course, we were NOT expecting them to finish in one day. Reasonably this was at least a two day job, but they didnâ t want us to go another day without Airconditioning.
