DO NOT USE HVAC HEROES ? WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I could give zero stars, I would. RUN AWAY FROM SERGIO AND HVAC HEROES! We hired them to install three brand-new HVAC units, and it has been a complete nightmare. The installation was done so poorly that we've had to call them out FIVE TIMES in just six months to fix their own mistakes. Instead of properly addressing the issues, Sergio has sent other companies to clean up his mess, which tells you everything you need to know about his work. On top of that, Sergio assured us before we signed with him that we would qualify for SRP rebates and that he would handle the paperwork. That was a lie. After multiple attempts from SRP and countless hours of effort on our part, he has refused to complete the paperwork, causing us to be denied the $2,000 in rebates that we rightfully qualify for. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from HVAC Heroes!

They never showed up for two appointments to fix the problem they were supposed to have fixed a few days earlier. No phone call or text that they were not coming. Then the owner Robert told me they do not work past noon and because tenant is only available in the afternoon he would have to charge me an extra two hours because they do not work past noon. Who ever heard of a contractor that only works mornings??? Horrible, clueless businessowner. Stay away from this company. Am filing complaints with the Registrar of Contractors and the home warranty company.

From start to finish, their team displayed exceptional professionalism, trustworthiness and reliability. Robert and Sergio patiently answered all of our questions, were always available by phone (even on the weekend and after hours), provided valuable maintenance tips as well as a very competitive quote. They take great pride in providing the very best to their customers and it clearly shows. If you're shopping comprehensive HVAC companies in the valley, then look no further. My family and I highly recommend HVAC Heroes (AZ) to anyone in need of HVAC services. Their exceptional team delivers peace of mind and comfort!
