Jeff has been our HVAC repair/service technician for several years. We have a â dual fuelâ system that utilizes a propane fired furnace as backup to the heat pump. This type of system is unique to this area and several previous technicians were not familiar with it and did not service it properly. Jeff is very knowledgeable on HVAC systems and has serviced our system properly. Jeff will continue to be our â go to guyâ for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

Jeff came out in the middle of the worst Texas winter to do a diagnostic on my HVAC. He crawled under my house, worked in my attic when my house had an internal temp of 42 degrees. When it was determined that the major issue was gas related, he waited until atmos arrived and made sure that the units worked once gas was restored. Jeff went above and beyond any expectation of customer service and professionalism. This was my first interaction with Jeff but will not be my last. He earned a new customer today.
