Have used them multiple times, and each time has been promptly addressed and taken care of. Even during the freeze he tried to walk me through everything on the phone since it was difficult for him to get out, but when we got a stopping point, he still made it out the very next morning. Absolutely recommend.

The gentleman came in and looked at my problem and instead of trying to force me to spend money unnecessarily listened to what I wanted done diagnosed my problem and repaired my unit under his original estimate I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them in the future

Very professional interaction, honest and they gave me options for future reference. They provided sensible answers to my questions, more information on the Reme-Halo that was already installed (of which they have some in stock for those interested) and overall very affordable. The only thing that would have made it nicer was being told about the call out charge when I set the appointment with the receptionist. I highly recommend this company ð
