Our upstairs A/C unit went out on us. We called HVAC Service Now and had immediate response, on a weekend, and was given a very fair price. I called numerous companies throughout the triangle and HVAC Service Now had the best rate. They arrived within 1.5 hours of my call, right on time. Had our unit back up and running within 30 minutes and did several additional maintenance items to keep our unit in good condition. We will definitely use them for ongoing system maintenance!

Zach, made an effort to fit me into his schedule today to take care of a couple faulty wiring problems I had with our one year old AC unit. He and his assistant Joe, were extremely prompt and kept me in the loop when they would be heading my way. After diagnosing the problems, they were able to fix them both rapidly while also explaining to me and showing me the work that was done. The service was courteous and the prices and final total were incredibly reasonable. I am beyond satisfied and very grateful he was able to get to me on my day off. I would definitely refer anyone in need of service to Hvac Service Now and look forward to doing business with them in the future!

Very professional, did a very complete and thorough estimate. The job was done very punctually and efficiently. The price was very fair. I the quality of the work was excellent. He is extremely honest and trustworthy. I now have someone who I will call for any HVAC work in the future, Highly recommended. PS. My dog likes him, too.

Great customer service and he explains things in a way that I can understand. He serviced my unit and services my father's A/C units as well. He is on time, courteous, respectful and doesn't leave trash behind. I highly recommend him and he is the first person that comes to mind when people need heating and air.
