WORK WAS PERFORMED AS CONTRACTED IN A PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN MANNER. I ORIGINALLY CONTACTED THIS VENDOR TO ONLY CLEAN AIR DUCTS. HOWEVER, AFTER THE INITIAL INSPECTION, SYDNEY SHOWED ME THE MORE EGREGEOUS ISSUES WITH THE A/C UNIT AND PREVIOUS VENT CLEANING PROCESS. HE TOOK ME THROUGH ALL THE EXISTING CONDITIONS AND HIS APPROACH TO CORRECT THE EXISTING ISSUES. HE PREPARED A DETAIL PROPOSAL WHICH INCLUDED COST PER ITEM, GUARANTEES, LABOR ETC. I WAS ALSO IMPRESSED WITH THE POST SERVICE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM HE INCLUDED. THE TECH WHO PERFORMED THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. I NOW HAVE 1 COMPANY TO MAINTAIN MY ENTIRE A/C SYSTEM FROM UNIT TO DUCTS, RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

My air conditioner died on a Thursday night, and they were there early Friday morning to help me get a new air conditioning system installed. They were very professional and fast.

Response time to the lead was great! They came on time, gave us an explanation for what would happen, and they did the job without incident! Cleaned the area around the ducts that had soot stains.

Junior and Julio were very good at their job. The vents were cleaned and sprayed with disinfectant. They also sprayed the whole house after cleaning each vent. They also cleaned out the dryer vent and did a great job. They did not leave anything undone. They also cleaned up after the job was done. I would recommend them. Thank you.

I called this company last minute because the previous provider did not show up. Sydney the owner was extremely accommodating and managed to squeeze me in on a few hours notice and got his crew here at 5:30 p.m. and they were done about 8:30 p.m. . The job entailed a three bedroom house with approximately 25 vents that needed duct and vent cleaning after a mold remediation job. They were very careful and neat and showed me areas of concern and were extremely efficient in their service and polite and a pleasure to have around. I highly recommend this company. Ignore any of the silly people that put negative comments because our Sydney said those people did not even use this firm if they did they would know that it is a reliable company that does amazing work for very fair prices extremely fair. The work was as quoted. Alternative contractors do a more comprehensive job but at a far higher cost. The workman was very neat and respectful of my home.

i had appointment october 19.1024 technician was on time. He did a good job cleaned up behind himself. I was given a reasonable price, but I want everyone to know that these technicians do not go in your attic. They hook equipment up to your vents and clean. The only thing I didnâ t like is that he was walking around, some kind of sanitizer inside my house, but I didnâ t like that because I have a pet but other than that it was a good job and I would recommend because we all want to Be able to breathe clean sanitize air for my AC

Excellent work, couldnâ t be more satisfied with this service. Did exactly what was promised and charged exactly the amount they quoted. I needed to have ducts cleaned/sanitized as well as cleaning fans and vents in a rental. The ducts are made of fiber and very delicate. Another company quoted by per vent and couldnâ t do any work because of the fiber vents. Sidney assured me that they have a machine to sanitize the fiber ducts and explained that they canâ t be brushed and cleaned like other ducts. Would not hesitate to repeat and recommend to others. Already had a neighbor get this service and said it was great.

Showed up the next day and performed an extensive cleaning. Price was alright, much cheaper than other comparable quotes. The cleaning made a big difference at my house. Would recommend. Professional, timely, and reasonable.
