Response and repair of my Central Air successfully accomplished all within one hour of placing the call, incredible service! EPA regulations regarding availability of Freon facilitate overpricing of Freon and government controlled price fixing, obviously beyond the control of HVAC Starters.

I called HVAC Starters in the morning and was able to get a same day service appointment. Jon kept me informed of his status and expected arrival time and arrived within the time frame he gave me. It was an easy job for him which was great for both of us. He had the needed part available and completed the job in no time. Would hire again if needed.

The contractor, Jon, came the same day to repair our AC, which was Friday night at 8pm. With 2 very young children, 85 degrees is tough. The company I usually work with was going to be able to get someone here until next Thursday. The company my in laws have used were going to squeeze us in on Monday....not good enough, so I kept calling around and tried HVAC starters and I will use them everytime now!
