Showed up on time, but had no knowledge on how to fix my leaking spigot. Was very nice and did stop before he broke anything which I appreciate. I called a plumber directly after HVAC warehouse left and he had it fixed within 10 minutes.

Iwas charged $515.00 for leaking toilet he put on new wax ring with bolts and put new line but toilet still leaking and had another contractor come to do flooring and he advised that he has not put the wax ring in right so not very happy with the price for what was done .

"We had issues other then those stated. our technician offered to come back after your floors were completed and reset the toilet for no charge. you signed an approval of services on the invoice. Regardless we gave you back 300.00."

Extremely professional staff and customer service. They explained the vent cleaning process and made suggestions on how the system could be improved. I had some damage to a couple of ceiling vents during the service and they returned to install them promptly.

I had a frozen pipe burst in my living room. Called on a Saturday evening, and made an appointment for the next day. During our initial phone conversation, it was determined that repair would have to be made from inside the home. Tech showed up with his manager (on time) and verified the need to repair from inside the home. I would have given this company a 5 star rating, however, they did not have basic materials with them in the Manager's vehicle - shop vac, tarp, or broom. Relied on me to provide these items to keep the repair site clean. Both gentlemen were on time, professional (except lack of cleaning supplies), friendly and informative. They quickly diagnosed the repair, acquired the necessary parts, and completed the repair in little time. Work area was left as neatly as possible - holes in the wall were needed to make repairs. They explained what future plumbing is recommended so that I can separate the outside spigots from main home to winterize and prevent future pipe bursts. Overall a pleasant experience considering my plumbing emergency.

I thought had a busted pipe but it turns out I had a frozen furnace drain pipe and my furnace drip pan is full, rusted and leaking. The plumber explained the problem; inspected the frozen drain and made recommendations. Follow up work is necessary when the drain defrosts

This company installed a "new" heating unit that never worked properly. The technicians couldn't fix or diagnose the problem, their excuse was " We just install them We don't make them " meanwhile I'm out thousands of dollars and my family left in the cold.

"We at HVAC WAREHOUSE acknowledge that from time to time technical issues will arise with seasonal transition, this system per the homeowner runs great in the summer and that the problem arose with heating when the weather is extremely cold outside. Technically we addressed a back up electrical aux heating issue that was factory wired incorrectly and was resolved and tested with an amp meter and temperature gun. The homeowners complaint is that her heat pump system heats her house to 71 degrees when its 20 degrees outside. I will be contacting her to address this situation."

Contractor replaced and relocated A/C system and updated ductwork. We had a few minor issues, all of which were dealt with promptly and courteously by the contractor. My house is cooler than it's been in years!!!
