Repair for leak at one corner of base of metal facsimile of chimney for oil heater flue pipe. Took pictures of different stages of repair which included removing shingles, two layers, and them laying ice and water barrier around entire chimney. Flashing added, shingles replaced w additional flashing. Collar, saddle, also added base of chimney. Owner called and came right out for a free estimate again taking pictures to show apparent issues. Also replaced collar on vent pipe, and hammered back down any popping nails on entire roof and applying caulking to those spots. Owner did repair work by himself on a Sat. morning because bad weather, namely snow, delayed original dates for work. Very polite gentleman whom seemed to pride himself on his work, offering a two year warranty for repair.
