Diligent, competent, and collaborative. I'd considered doing the project myself, but I'm glad I DIDN'T! Nick knew so many things that I DIDN'T, and his colleague, Jacqueline, was a superb aid to Nick's evident experience. We'll not only engage them in the future, I'm hoping we'll become fast friends! We had three glass sliding doors, installed 20 years ago, that had collected so much gunk and dirt on the tracks they took real strength to open and close. Now, we open and close the doors with just one finger on the handle...smooth and easy! And, when it came time to write a check, I actually ADDED MORE, because they were absolutely WORTH IT! We're now considering another project (refinish the home's front door) because we're so INSPIRED!
