They have been in business for over 35 years. So they must be doing something right. They did my steps, landing and couch. Made the couch look brand new and got out stains on the steps that I thought would never come out. Very good price too.

Hired to do a rug cleaning (3 bedrooms, 12 stairs and basement). I was shocked when the staff were completely finished in 45 minutes. This was the first time that I had hired anyone to clean our carpets so I didn t know any better. They asked for a signature and left. Everything looked okay until I realized that they had not moved ANYTHING in any of the rooms. They had also tracked grease down the stairs from their shoes after completing the job. Everything was soaking wet and the water was dirty. I contacted the company immediately. They agreed to come back out and clean again but didn t have any evening appointments in your area . I was told that I would have to find some time before 5:00 pm. I work 3 jobs and would have to take time off to have them com again. I can t afford it! I have been saving up to have my carpets cleaned. I did my research and felt confident hiring this company only to be disappointed.

They did a terrible job. It is dirtier now then it was before. They came in with dirt and leaves all over their shoes. they were using dirty water in their truck. i wouldn't recommend this service

"Thank-you for submitting a review. We will gladly come and re-clean your carpets. They do not put dirty water in the truck. There is a reservoir container in the truck that contains clean water. After a job we empty the reservoir and then fill it up again for the next job, with hose, there would not be a convenient way to put dirty water in . We can come back and reclean your carpets next week. Karen"

Great experience! Nice lady gave me quote over the phone. Two gentlemen showed up on time, did great job, no upsell, just did exactly what I asked. My invoice was already prepared. Great service. I will definitely call Hadad again!

Too expensive! Not a thorough cleaning. Was disappointed they did not clean inside of microwave and really did not move things around when dusting and missed a lot of dusting. Did a fair floor wash but not in powder room

I hired this cleaning company because of my wife's temporary disability. The cleaning ladies were prompt, courteous, hard working and good at there work. I plan to hire them again right before my wife goes back to work.
