Haddim Construction

I honestly do not like leaving reviews, but I have had it I am unhappy with the job completed by Haddim Construction at my residence. I did not choose to go with Mamadou because he was the cheapest, but instead because he seemed kind, professional, and I believed he would be the best choice for my project. Starting out, I made mistakes, mistakes that potentially ended up saving me. I paid upfront for the project which I guess leaves no motivation to complete the project once it has begun; I wont make that mistake again. Building the garage on my property took nearly 1 year from when I gave a check to Mamadou, a check that included 2 price hikes before construction even began, I agreed to these because COVID, sure supply lines are all messed up prices are up - I get it, okay. Finally, the construction had started and things were going well. The first issue was with the concrete floor of the garage, poured before rain, cracks showed up in the floor before the walls were even up, multiple large cracks span the entire footprint of the garage floor. Next, the bolts used in the foundation to connect the walls, or whatever they are it does not matter, what does matter is they are poorly measured and half of them do not have a nut placed on top, the other half have chunks of wood poorly chipped away to fit a nut on top, it looks sloppy. Third, I did not ask for the awning to be built over the door, never wanted it, explained that and got one anyway. Fourth, the reason I finally decided to post the review, is the siding keeps popping off, it took less time for the siding to begin coming off than it did for the garage to be built, and it just get worse worse with larger and more parts coming loose. Fifth, the downspout on the right side of the garage was not completed how I had requested, and instead seemed like a solution was hacked together that does not even properly drain. Sixth cracked part of our concrete patio said they would fix it, never did. You would never believe it but several times during construction I was asked for more money, because COVID was causing prices to keep going up, my stance was I paid before the prices went up you should have bought supplies. Jokes on me I guess because all of the extra supplies I paid for were taken after the job was finally completed. It is absolute shit. Honestly.

Excellent. He would clean up every day. He was very courteous, on time. He did such a great job. I have no complaint's with his work. He is very busy now and I will wait until he is free to do some of my things.
