HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Haddon Charges 4x more than anyone else. $495 for them to walk in the door for diagnostics ( yes my blower is broken) then and $800 labor charge to replace a part still under warranty. GO ELSEWHERE

I purchase my entire system with this company via Home Depot. Had a few issue starting right after I signed the contract. However, unit was installed some minor issues like the attic access print and stucco got damaged during the install process. I let it go and hold my silence. However, less than 5 years old the AC fan stops spinning. I reached out to them since it is under Rheem warranty and of course they are booked. OK waited a few week to today and no show because tech is sick. Still understandable however now I asked more questions about cost and timing. (During the waiting period I started reaching and wish I knew before I buy a Rheem unit, or most new unit no longer have a separate capacitor for the fan). The motor unit "build-in capacitor has failed". It is a $450 parts. Haddon charge $229 for someone to come out "no show" then waited unknown time for the part then unknown cost for the install labor for the part which can end up $500+ with warranty. They told me if I can't I should reach out to other companies for help since there is nothing they can do. I reached to Hometown HVAC and they charge $59 for the inspection and have someone out in a few days. Haddon only want your initial business and want nothing to do with you there after. STAY AWAY and do your research for a company who will take care of you after the sale.

Pete, the representative was very good. He made some helpful suggestions that had not occurred to me; he was easily available for questions. The men who did the installation worked well. They did forget something that was in the contract but returned the next day and completed it. My furnace works well and I am pleased.

Haddon did great work on schedule and very competitively priced. I would use them again.

The sales man that came out to give an estimate showed up right on time and was fabulous. The installer that installed the furnace did mediocre work. I called and complained and another installer came out and fixed and cleaned up the issue. Overall I was very satisfied with their customer service they addressed the problem right away and their pricing was reasonable.

I had a problem getting heat and cooling to two rooms I had numerous companies come out and couldnt figure out how to do it. Haddon was creative, smart, and insightful. He figured it out. His price was fair. His workers were very good. I later had him do another job, which was also done quite well. But after that, I could never get them to come out and do anything. I tried numerous times and have given up. So, Haddon does excellent work and can figure things out that others couldnt, but their follow up sucks, and I have moved on. They are definitely not the only good game in town.

What a good experience! Haddon delivered, from the initial representative (Ryan) to the installation crew (Abel and Edwardo) and support from the main office. The replacement of our HVAC system (2 ac units and 2 furnaces plus all the ancillary equipment) was as promised and within the determined budget. Ryan proposed a number of options. He answered all of our questions and provided factual information to help make the best decision based on our needs. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, very courteous, always available and no high-pressure tactics. Believe me, we researched contractors and equipment for HVAC information over several months. Five representatives came to the house and presented their options. Haddon was heads-up, far the best, for equipment, price and our confidence in doing a quality job. The installation crew was professional, very polite, and took utmost care within our house and backyard. The furnaces were replaced in the attic above the second floor. No trivial task to move heavy equipment in that area. There was not so much as a scratch on any wall or moldings. They answered questions as the project proceeded and did an operational review of the system on completion. I have never seen two guys work so hard. The certification by the independent contractor passed easily. The Concord City inspector commented as to the quality of the job as a great installation. Inspection passed as Haddon guaranteed. I have great confidence in Haddon and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their HVAC system. Thank you, Haddon.

The folks at Haddon went above and beyond in replacing and retrofitting our HVAC system in our house. We ended up doing a complete tear out of the old HVAC (circa 1970's) and it was all upgraded with current heater, cooling and new duct work. We got a great price, outstanding customer service and the installers/appraiser/finance were courteous and professional.

They installed equipment, piping and electrical according to my instructions. The HVAC project went exactly as planned and was completed to my satisfaction within two days. The price was competitive and with our Costco membership we saved even more money. No issues to report at this time.

From the first phone call in response to my inquiry with Home Advisers, to the sales call, old ducting (asbestos insulation) removal, system installation, HERS testing, and the city inspection, all of the Haddon team with whom I interacted were polite and thorough professionals. Every aspect was completed as scheduled, and the final price was as quoted. The price was very favorable among the quotes that I received.

Crew who installed my minisplit system where excellent but they did not know much about the wirless thermostat. After they left it did not work so I had no heat in 1/2 of my house. It took a week to get someone out to fix it but that was understandableover the holidays. The first tech they sent to fix it did not seem to know what he was doing. We had words and he walked off the job. When I called back they got a different guy to come that day (John). He was great and fixed the problem. Now the system is working .
