"Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback. As the owner I had not heard about this until seeing this review (the clean was done almost 2 months ago). As your wife was there for the walk through with the team (the team did not see you there) we received feedback from her that an upstairs shutter was missed and the team did clean it. She didn't point out any other areas during the walk through. There must have been a miscommunication as we would have come back and finished anything we missed within 24 as is our policy. I checked our records and see that we were at your home for the full 4 hours as negotiated and that you were charged at the end of the day. As with all our clients we hope they are proactive and communicate with us as we will always make it right. Thank you and best to you moving forward."
