Contacted Michael Hagan in October 2016 for exterior house and garage painting. He quickly came by to evaluate the project. I had some problem areas on my garage which we discussed at length and Michael had solutions. When reviewing my overall project Michael found some other problems and discussed how to remedy. His knowledge was extensive and he was willing to share it even though I had not yet hired him. Before we could begin the project I had to have 2 exterior doors replaced. Doors were replaced on November 2 and on November 7 Michael and his Foreman David Tuttle came by for a final review of the project, plan of work and estimate and the project was professionally completed on November 14. They went above and beyond with their prep work, attention to detail, even re glazed windows where the old glazing was loose. They used a very good paint. And my problem with the garage I mentioned earlier in this review. Well they were not completely satisfied with the prep, sanding, prime and final paint on the garage so on their own and no increase in cost, they put on a second layer of final paint on the garage. Now that is true professional integrity, they want to do a proper job. They were not leaving until the job was done to both mine and their satisfaction.
