What a fantastic company. Mike really cares about people. I called on Monday and by noon on Tuesday I had a new working system. He was knowledgeable and thorough and provided the promised service at the promised price, and then some.

I can’t speak highly enough of Hague! A few years ago they installed our water softener and redid our piping. Mike was super knowledgeable and helpful at the time. Recently though, We started experiencing our water being hard recently due to other issues with our hot water tank. We wanted to make sure there wasn’t an issue with our softener. So When I called Mike, he was willing to troubleshoot with me over the phone and gave me some suggestions to try first before having to come for a service call. He even checked in the next couple days and proactively followed up after to see how things went. His suggestions helped and we did not have any issues with our softener. Fast forward, we started experiencing an issue with our blue house filter and couldn’t get the filter off to change it, I ended up calling Folkes a local big business in the area to see if they could help get the filter off since they had previously helped before so we could change it. They couldn’t get it off and suggested that I needed to replace the whole filter unit. Their quote ended up being over $2,000!!! My research shows me that the Range of pricing for this type of work should not exceed $600. I immediately called Hague because he was so honest and helpful! Mike came the next business day, changed out the filter unit completely and even checked on my softener to make sure it was still working properly. He even walked me through how to help fix the hot water issue Folkes couldn’t fix on top of it all and shows me how to do it if I ever needed to in the future. Now THAT is incredible quality service and a trustworthy company! And at a reasonable fair price! Not 2,000! Thank you again to Mike! I’ll be sure to recommend you to everyone! I highly recommend Mike and Hague Water Systems. When our system needed to be replaced (it was over 30 years old), Mike and his colleague did an excellent job of replacing our system. He even put in a couple valves to make our system to code - and didn't charge us. He truly cares about his customers! Excellent products, customer service, and price. Thank you so much!

Mike is the definition of a pro. Knowledgeable, expert at his craft, knows the system, scheduled an appointment, texted to let me know when he was 15 minutes out, etc. Not only is this new system amazing, but Mike's craftsmanship at installing and explaining how it works (which is basically idiot proof) were invaluable. It took him less than 3 hours to do a complete uninstall of an old system and install of a new one. I strongly recommend.

Mike was upfront about everything I needed. He explained everything, and even helped me order the filters and O rings online. I would highly recommend this company!

I've been in the customer facing part of a service industry for nearly 30 years so I recognize exemplary service when I see it. Mike and John were fantastic, quick and clean with a new water softener install - on New Year's Eve, no less. Mike even cleaned up the less than stellar piping and routing left by the original installer and was very helpful in answering questions and stepping us through operation. I will be recommending Mike to anyone I talk to!

Mike is fantastic. We had stinky sulfuric water in a new home purchase. Hague is around half the price of Culligan and came out and did the installation right away. Very supportive after the installation and gave helpful advice on upkeep.

Great service. Knowledgable and experienced. From the moment I spoke with Mike on the initial call I knew he was right for the job. We did not even bother with a second quote. For the first time in 19 years living in our house our water is good to drink. Hired Mike for our water softener and house filtration. Hired him a week later to install purified drinking water in our kitchen. Our water is now better than bottled. Paid exactly what I was quoted. Very satisfied.

Can't say enough about Mike from Hague. He followed up with my request immediately. Explained all my options, asked questions about the type of household I had & gave me a quote over the phone about the best type of unit I should use. Also mentioned coupons they had & gave me a really good discounted price. When he came to my house & accessed the job he noticed some piping that was old & needed replacing. He did this all at no extra charge. As well as taking my old unit away. A very friendly knowledgeable person who I would highly recommend!

Mike was great. Our existing tenant house water softener was leaking badly and needed to be replaced. He assessed the household requirements and recommended the appropriately sized new softener system (the existing system was far too large and unneeded). He quoted an exact price over the phone, and that was the price we paid, no hassle. Installation was quick (less than an hour), professional, and clean. Mike and his crew were a joy to work with, and we will be using them again for any future needs.

Mike, the owner, contacted me almost immediately. After asking some questions he was able to give me information about the specific water softener he felt I needed, pending confirmation of water testing which he would perform when he arrived, and he provided a firm price. What I really appreciated was that there was no sales pressure and no efforts to upsell, which is what I experienced from his competitors. (He even recommended against a service I was considering, saying it wasn't needed and not worth spending the money on). He was personable on the phone and installed the unit the next day. He and his associate arrived on time, were very professional, and completed the installation in less than 2 hours. During that time he answered any questions I had and even did some non-related value-added tasks at no charge (like supporting some copper pipes that were hanging loosely). The final cost was as promised with no surprises. Overall it was a good experience! Mike and his associate were very personable and friendly while acting in a professional manner! He's enjoyable to talk with, didn't object to my being present during the install, and I'm very comfortable recommending his services to anyone looking for a water treatment system.
