Faris, the owner of HaHa's, came to the house within 90 minutes of our call to the office -- the first time we have used his company. He spent three hours rewiring our (new) thermostat and (older) air conditioning unit. He did an excellent job and was extremely professional and proficient. (He has outstanding credentials, with bachelor's and master's degrees in mechanical engineering.) I considered the price, $405, very reasonable considering the complexity of the job and time spent on it. I'll be going with HaHa's from now on.

The technician was on time and very thorough. I would highly recommend this company over Bob Hamilton.

They were supposed to Tune-Up the furnace (I don t think they did it), which was $75. Technician figured what was wrong with pilot, brought the part, fixed it. Still after 2 weeks I haven t received receipt indicating Tune-up was done?! Watch and check make sure the job is completed before you pay!

The best rate we found in the Northland! They were courteous and fast with their work. We were quoted $2800 by another company and F & H did it for $850! Definitely would use them again!

These are great guys and they offer great value! They are extremely responsive. I'm not an expert on this stuff, but they really went out of their way - I did not feel taken advantage of. I have a very old house and they knew how to work with that. Overall very pleased!

We had a cracked heat exchanger needing to replaced rather quickly, due to potential carbon monoxide concerns. F & H came right out, gave us an incredibly reasonable quote, and within a 24 hour time span we had a new furnace. They were fast, courteous, professional, very clean, and cared about what happened in our home. The price was great, the warranty was great, and we were incredibly happen with his service!

They really take pride in their work! They do a really good job at communicating problems to you before making any repairs.

Called and they arrived within a couple of hours. Quickly explained everything that I needed to do and said they would be back first thing in the morning. At 8 the following morning they showed up, found the leak, repaired it and recharged the system. Faris and Damien were fast, efficient and very patient inre ansering any questions that I had. Highly recommended and I know who I'll be calling with any future issues that might crop up.

I have used this company twice for two different properties. Unlike some companies I've worked with in the past, they come when they say they're coming. Although no one wants to pay for an AC repair, the prices were very fair and reasonable. They are also very competent. They determined the cause and solution to a problem that we had been working with another company on all last summer. F & H came in and had it completed in 2 visits. They also helped us extend the life of our personal AC unit although we know its not going to last long. Instead of telling us we need a new and expensive part now, they did what they could to help us get by the rest of the summer before having to make that purchase. They seems to do what's best for the company and not what's best for their pockets. They will now be our go-to for AC repair on all properties, and probably furnace repair as well (although I don't have any experience with them in that area). I would highly recommend them.
