I had to areas were I had a partial fence put up by this company. There is a lot of measurement issues. A line was obviously not run to ensure the posts were parallel. Non of the pickets were measured or cut, the fence has so many pickets protruding upward and downward it looks nuts. I really wish I could attach a pic to better explain. The pickets were also not spaced correctly. Gaps so big that you could fit another picket. My biggest issue is that a lot of the 2x4s are barley connected by a single nail, or not connected to the post AT ALL. I do not think it will last a year. I have to go buy some more 2x4s and pickets and re-do the majority of the area.

The service provider does not respond to requests to repair their work. If the work was repaired I would amend this to a better rating.

Mike was very personable, and gave me a great quote for the repair of my deck. He did the work on time, and did a great job. He even came back to bolster up the stairs because they were a bit wobbly. The other half of our deck is going to need to be replaced next year, and Mike will be the one I called to do the work.

I had a leak after a hail storm I called Mike and he came over right away to see what the damage was. He took many pictures of the damaged roof and found a hole in a pipe flashing. He told us that he could run and grab one and install it to stop the leak. He helped us with the insurance claim, even met with the adjuster and fought for our lawn furniture and other outdoor decorations. We used them to do the job and havenâ t had an issue in over 5 years.

They were affordable and kept in constant contact with me giving me updates on materials and dates for delivery and installation
