Mr. Hale installed a French Drain in my yard. Pros: -Respectful, humble, motivated, nice guy. -Respectful workers -They smoke away from your. home. -Communicates well by phone and email -1 year on his own, new. company. Cons: -No EQUIPMENT other than shovels, saws and a axe. -Needs more PROFESSIONAL experience with writing estimates, contracts, and the overall process on installing a French Drain. -Attention to details, way to many errors, mistakes, shortcuts, time management needs improvement. -Excuses -Value? (TBD) To be determined This is merely a short list of corrective criticism, not to be taken personal; just try to improve on the areas of deficiencies on your overall work ethic Mr. Hale! I believe you will get much, much, much better in time. Stay Honest..! We believe in YOU!

"The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"
