It was definitely a delight working with Hale tree removal service. They promly came out did a fabulous quick job. He has a nice professional working team. They left my yard nice and neat! Excellent Job!

They always do quality work. I have used them for various jobs totalling over $15,000. This latest time out, their Bobcat damaged around 20 stepping stones that lined my driveway. Andrew said he would pay to replace them ( around $100 w/o labor & delivery ). Five months later, I am still waiting on the promised funds. This is disappointing because I feel like I've been a very good customer. I've texted & called multiple times.

I am so impressed with the price quoted, right on time svc.,very quick ,clean,efficient work. I had a dangerous ,dead,tall palm tree situation.I knew it and another Palm needed to go,but quotes were ridiculous. Mr Hale gave me a great quote,and professional service. Andrew Hale and his team did a most spectacular job. The group worked tirelessly and removed 17 trees and ground all stumps below grade very nicely and others. Cleaned up nicely and even did my neighbors trees while on this project so everyone was thrilled with their work. Kind, courteous, quality and affordable. Excellent job At a fair price.

They were professional, courteous. We had a thunderstorm in the middle of the job and they were patience to wait and continue with project to remove 28 trees. They clean up everything after finishing the job and there is not even a leaf on my yard, they did a great job cleaning after. They did the extra mile! Their price is very reasonable for the kind of work. I would highly recommend this company!

Hale's estimate was several thousand dollars below everyone else but, after reading the reviews here on Angi it was a go. They did an excellent job; I had no problem with their work. They removed all my storm broken trees, several hit by lightning, and one which was laying on top of my shed. Next, they were approved by USAA to remove my neighbor's large oak tree from the roof of my house in a second invoice. This work was also completed, including removing and returning my wooden fence to get in the back yard to my satisfaction.

They fail to follow up on damage repairs that they caused. My garage was hit while trimming a branch. Andrew said he paid a man to come fix it. Never showed. I threatened to get a lawyer involved and he sent a second guy who came and looked and never came back. Now I have no choice but spend my money on a lawyer. Iâ ll never do business with them again!

Andrew Hale and all of his workers are AWESOME and very professional. When I say this was a wonderful experience. They came with all the equipment they needed and got the job done to the end. They removed my gigantic magnolia tree, grinded the stump in minutes, removed all debris and hauled off everything. Did not leave anything undone. Cleaned up everything as if they were not there. Andy owns a very professional African American business with 100% professional and respectful staff! He provided a quick and fair estimate whereas others were charging robbery prices! He had all of the personnel, tools, and equipment to handle a relatively large job in one day! They cut down close to 50 trees, grinded the stumps, removed and cleared all of the debris, and smoothed out the area. I HIGHLY recommend ANDREW HALE'S PROFESSIONAL LAWN & TREES SERVICES.
