Gas Boiler or Radiator Heating System Repair
Very unprofessional. A man named Hal came over to repair an issue with my boiler and absolutely wreaked of alcohol. After about an hour of claiming to be working on the boiler, he declared that an additional part was going to be needed. He told us that the part would be in tomorrow and he would come first thing when he gets it. After about half a day we called and texted in which we got no reply from. After about 24 hours with no hot water or heat in the middle of February, he finally answered a text message telling us that we should try using another plumber because it will be faster than him getting the part. After calling a legitimate plumber, who is certified in repairing our specific type of boiler, he told us that when he got in touch with the company that Hal never reached out to them to order any parts. It is a shame I have to write this review, but hopefully it saves someone else the time and money from this con-artist.
