I was quoted $85, which is the hourly rate, this was to get a dryer vent cleaned(goes through the attic). They called ahead and spent about 40minutes doing the work, but didn't collect payment. I then received a bill for 1.5hrs work and charges. This issue was resolved, but how many people have they over charged like this, not good customer relations.

Replaced a Carrier Heat Pump that lasted 21 years. The team was in and out in half a day. Very professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Installation looks very nice. Would recommend Carrier to anyone.
