Steven responded very quick to my post for a quote for stump grinding on my property. He outlined how quickly they would be able to start on the project and when I could expect it to be done. 3 days later the job is done and I am very satisfied with the results.

So I had Steven come give me a quote for removing some trees a few months ago, and although he was very personable and I liked him a lot (He even looks like a real lumberjack, ha.) I didn't hire him because the price he gave me seemed pretty steep (I didn't know what all was involved in the job at the time.) I ended up going with a guy who gave me a less expensive estimate, and ended up only getting half of the job done. it was a nightmare. First off, it was over a month before the guy came out to do the job, and after pestering until he did come out, he felled one tree on my fence, and left debris everywhere. I called Steven back to see if he could finish the job, and not only did he come out that same week, they had everything cleared out by the end of the same day they started. I've never seen 3 men work so efficiently. Well worth the cost to have the job done right. I've already hired him to come back out next month to do some landscape work. Would defintely reccomend,

Hall ADDRESS: 1414 Market View Ln Fuquay Varina, NC 27526-6937 PHONE: 919 913-8388 Steve is a talker (Long story short is his go-to phrase), but has no customer service when something is wrong with yard. I reported him to the BBB. Since he is not accredited with them, they could not work out a solution to our dispute. This is the second time we had problems with his service. Put in sod also. When we sent pics and had problem, instead of coming to see and find a solution, he just gave off-hand comments over text. Consumers Original Complaint : March 11, 2021. Agreed and paid $1,200 to have entire back yard aerated, plant Zoysia seed, net and straw areas where the water run off would take seed away. The business said no top soil was needed for grass to grow and should start around the beginning of April. 2nd week of April let the owner know no grass was growing. He said to wait until May. 29 April, texted him nothing had changed and sent area pictures and wanted a solution. Said he would think about it. After 12 days of no reply, I asked him to come to look. He said job was done correctly and was sorry I did not get the desired results, but would not come out and said it was the same job as others get for an inexpensive solution. $1,200 is not inexpensive to my family. Followed instructions exactly and got no grass, an expensive, useless net and straw . I couldn't believe they would not come look the first time I communicated a problem to see if there was something wrong and in disbelief at second answer. Terrible customer service! He never responded to BBB to solve the problem. BBB Complaint Case# 11151115 BBB has made attempts to contact the business regarding the above-referenced complaint. Very prompt! I called to get a price on planting some bushes in front of my house. Steven gave me some suggestions and prices. From the moment I said okay, Steven bought the bushes and planted them in less than 2 hours!! They look great! Very impressed!! Excellent job and superb customer service! I highly recommend Hall-American Property Pros!

They were very professional and hard working. I had three crepe myrtles trimmed. Five tree limbs cut. They removed all the brush and cleaned up behind themselves. They even hung a saucer swing in the tree for my grandchildren coming in from California. Reasonable for what they did. Steven Hall and his crew were so nice and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with their work! I would hire them again. Thank you guys!
