Hall-Mark Premier Cleaning

Whenever I'm going to make a purchase, from Amazon, other retail stores, restaurants, etc., I always read other peoples' reviews. Searching for a company that says they do deep cleaning AND follows through has taken me a year. After reading reviews for Hall-Mark Premier House Cleaning Service, I hurried to their website. It told me everything that I wanted to know, that this wasn't just another pretty maid service that dusted and vacuumed. I KNEW my house had a lot of grime and was willing to pay to have it cleaned really well...the baseboard edges, wood paneling around doors, etc. I put in a request for a quote. Easy peezy. Nathan, their Sales Mgr, (he had a really nice voice) called me within a few hours and we talked about the different levels of cleaning and how much it would cost. He made everything very clear and also emailed me a list of the things the cleaners would do. I WAS SET TO GO! Hall-Mark had a full schedule and so did I but somehow they managed to squeeze me in. No, they didn't just spray and swipe with a paper towel. The cleaners were on their hands and knees, or a ladder, with a bucket of water! This was serious cleaning and they washed every single minutiae, the least little spot, of my house, like that. It'd be neat if I had taken some before and after pictures but I didn't think of it. My advice would be to give them a call. Your home will be so clean...and you'll be kicking yourself and wondering why you waited so long.

Have been using Hallmark for over a year. On time and always do an excellent Brooklyn does mine on a regular basis, am very pleased.

Very professional and thorough in their preparation to come to my house the first time. Loved that they asked so many questions to be sure they wouldn't damage delicate surfaces and valued items. Allison and Jared did a great job cleaning and were a pleasure to have in our home. Looking forward to our next visit!

Hall-Mark Premier Cleaning has been cleaning our house for about a year now. I cannot say enough good things about them. The quality of their cleaning is top notch.! We are always very pleased. I have had other companies come to my home and this is the first time I have ever been completely satisfied. I did a "white glove" check, and never found a speck of dust! The girl who came out was very professional and was very knowledgeable about the cleaning products she brought with her. I'm very picky and to be completely honest, I'm hard to impress! I highly recommend Hall- Mark!

Hall-Mark has done a great job cleaning two different houses for us and we have been impressed with the quality and professionalism of all the cleaners. Specifically, Casey is our current cleaner and is incredibly thorough and always goes above and beyond to make sure she cleans every spot in the house. She doesn't miss a single detail.
