Really disappointed in the humidistat they installed with our unit! Nothing but problem after problem, seems like someone new always comes. Got angry when they wanted to charge me for something they just repaired 3 weeks ago. We are under the home program for the year, seems that?s the only way our four year old system (heat and air will keep it?s warranty) we wanted to inquire on adding a new hot water heater this next season? But really not feeling they have skilled technicians to fulfill our needs My heating system was cleaned and checked for winter season early season, issues started as soon as we turned the heat on, they came and said they fixed the humidifier part and within weeks it leaked again, This time we had them disconnect the humidifier part. This was recommended to us with the new furnace installation. And an addition cost, So after the tech left we looked inside furnace only to find a wet filter Quick & free service, warranty? Not next year Haller

Haller just replaced our heat pump and we are extremely glad that we chose them for the job. From their expert, courteous sales department to their highly skilled installers they were professional and very accommodating. They went out of their way to cater to our special needs and they went above and beyond throughout the work. In addition, their finished job was tidy and visually pleasing. It was refreshing to receive the kind of excellent service I fondly remember from the old days, but is not so often available today. We will definitely choose them for our needs in the future. Our heater stopped working in the beginning of April. After a couple of days getting some cash to pay we called Haller. They come out the day we called, earlier than they told us and had our heater working in no time. Kurt, the technician was great. He described what was wrong to my wife and I. Even my wife understood what happened. I would recommend Kurt to anybody that needs their services.

Do not hire this company. He came and just changed the filter then he said he wanted to shut off my system until I hire him to rewire the electrical cord beside the motor even though it still works fine. (He did not know that my husband is electrical engineering). I will never call this company again because of their lacking of knowledge on the system to do the job.

Promptly fit me into the schedule when my air conditioning line was accidentally damaged. I was informed of when the technician left for my house and when he would be arriving. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair it. I was very happy with the prompt service, and professionalism, especially after several other contractors talked about working me into their schedule but never showed. I have now made Haller my go to for heating and air conditioning needs.

Very disappointed. We called w/ a water leak emergency and gave them the code to get into a vacant property. Somehow this was lost. They never left a voicemail (we admit we should have also checked back) and never got into the property. When we contacted them the next day we discovered they had not been there and rushed out to find extensive water/damage everywhere. We now have to replace a lot of flooring and clean up a big mess due to their errors and not leaving a simple voice mail telling us they did not get in the house. When we tried to professionally discuss this their responses were uncaring and cold.

Haller has been our service contractor for quite a few years. they have always been prompt, professional. their Techs are friendly and efficient and professional. Know when I call for any issue I may have with my hvac , it will be resolved . Great to work with!
