I felt the work performed wasn't what was estimated and therefore normal pruning just turned out to be the lower branches only.

A large tree and large bush was trimmed, as well as a small tree on the side of the house. All was completed neatly and efficiently in short order.

Tree looks great and they removed all the branches and left some firewood. Very professional and best of all: no one fell out of the tree!

Only problem I had is the guys were in an accident & no one called to let me know they weren't coming. I had to make the where they at call after waiting half a day. Not too happy about the lack of communication but the guys came next day and did an awesome job.

They were very friendly and quick to get the bid to us and the job done.

Other than a complication on when they were coming out to give me a bid they did an awesome job. They did everything I asked and cleaned up everything. I had several tall trees trimmed, 2 small trees cut down and several trees that were taller than my house trimmed. Excellent work.

Might just be a misunderstanding on my end, but I had two trees "taken out" so I could plant something else. The trees were cut down but the stumps remained. I am supposed to be put on the schedule to have the stumps ground out. I do not know yet if that's going to cost me extra. I'll update my review after I find out about the stump grinding. They came back out and took out the tree stumps as promised. I am 100% satisfied with their work and services.

these guys did a TOP notch job! we had a little rain and some scheduling confusion, but Mike was very accommodating and always pleasant to work with. EXCELLENT job on my big ol' trees! HIGHLY recommend!

This day and age, seamless experiences with contractors tend to be hard to come by. That wasn't the case with Hallmark Tree Solutions. The job was done right and expeditiously. The crew was professional, courteous and diligent. Communicating with the supervisor was like talking to a friend. The entire experience from start to finish, including payment, was one of mutual trust.

They came first but one of the workers got hurt during the work. So, they stopped.They did not call for a while: was trying to hire someone else, then they called and rescheduled. Unfortunately, that it rained that day, so they did not show up. I know they can't control the weather but...... I hope they will finish before that tree has full of leaves which could be more difficult than it is bare: only trunk & branches....
