Very knowledgeable in the HVAC field and offered options based on my specific needs. The entire work crew was professional and courteous. They were on time and the job itself was carried out exactly how explained. The business owner was available throughout the project and very responsive and thorough with my requests and questions. The business owner followed up the day after the installation which was a long extremely hot day to make sure the units were meeting all expectations, which they did. I highly recommend HALLS HVAC for HVAC needs.

They answered all questions and did outstanding work. The cost was very reasonable and Hall's is very responsive to whatever the work that needs to completed. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC project that you need done. No need to call anyone else Hall's is the best. I will, without hesitation, use them for any future work.

Hallâ s came out to give me a second opinion and spent significant time diagnosing the issue which gave me confidence in the repair proposal. In addition it saved me $1675 from the previous repair quote I had received from a different HVAC Contractor who charged me $175 for his 30 minute diagnosis which was incorrect and admittedly based on a hunch. So if I listened to him I would have been out $2175 and still have had the issue he was hired to fix. Hallâ s was excellent to work with and very communicative throughout the project. They even followed up a week later to make sure everything was working properly. It is hard to find someone you can trust and I cannot recommend them enough.

I'm completely satisfied with Hall's. They saved me a lot of money by repairing vs. replacing my unit. I've already referred them to someone else and plan on using them for regular maintenance. They were professional and completed the work within a couple of days after I called them.
