I had many problems with this Hall's Plumbing service. One of my tennants water heater went out Friday morning and I used Home Advisor to locate this company. But they did not return my call on Friday leaving my tennant with no hot water all weekend. I called several times over the weekend only to find out on Sunday they were closed on weekends and all this time I was talking to a call center. So I called again on Monday morning. Me being the landowner and paying the bill, they ONLY called the tennant. THEY NEVER CALLED me with what was wrong or even a quote. When I called their Hall's office, the most inexperienced and unqualified operator who could hardly speak and could care less answered the phone. Her ENGLISH was so bad I gave up and hung up. An hour later I got an email saying the charge would be $1600.00 to replace a water heater. But in that hour I had already called another plumber who could do it for $800.00. I read all the great things people had to say about Halls and I only wish I could have written something positive. My advice to everyone, " Get several quotes". Don't let the first quote end up costing you double the charge like it almost happen to me. Be smart and shop around. And ask if this is the actual company or a call center. It may save you a headahe in the long run.

Tim arrived at my house earlier than promised and was able to make installation of an outdoor tankless water heater happen that very day, he was courteous and professional, easy to work with, would highly recommend

In all my years dealing with plummers, this was without a doubt the best experience that I have ever had. Tim was on time and did a very professional job. Had to replace the water heater and while he was under the house he noticed the main drain pipe had duck tape around it. Once he removed the duck tape the pipe had a hole in it. We know that duck tape will fix just about anything, but I would rather not have it repair my drain pipe. He cut out and replaced the bad section. We appreciated his finding the problem and taking care of it for us. I will certainly use him again in the future. Great Job Tim!

Andrew was very friendly and stayed on the same page with me as we had a rather odd series of tasks to prepare our well for the installation of a deep well hand pump. In addition to this, we ended up replacing our submersible well pump, which was quite expensive, but that was our idea, so he did not in any way try to fleece us by selling us something we didn't need. The fact is, plumbers are a little on the expensive side anyway; there's no getting around that, but when you have to spend that money, it's nice to know you're getting your money's worth and that you can depend on the job being done right. We were very happy with everything across the board, and I would gladly call these guys back for any future plumbing needs. Good job, Andrew!

Did a great job and went beyond a basic installation.

We were out of water and I had to go to work so I needed some help. Hall's was only service available. They were prompt and were able to fix the problem. I was verbally quoted a price but was charged $100 more than the quote. Hey, I was out of water and paid the price. Their services are expensive, maybe that was why they were available.
