John is polite, prompt, and gets right to work. I originally found him through a reference, and he determined and fixed the issues I hired him for ahead of schedule. Since then I've referred him to many people myself. I've dealt with many contractors that don't live up to their promises but that is not the case with John. Overall it was a great experience working with him.
