They came out to replace a window in our bathroom with new glass. They took the entire window out and when they replaced it they botched the reinstall. The inside of the window was left with silicone all over the sides and they cut into the frame. On the outside they attempted to replace siding they had taken off. They completely botched this. I called them on this. The owner agreed that they had and said he had got materials to repair. He scheduled a time to come out, rescheduled several times after missing appointments, and then he went silent. Will not return our messages. Sent him a demand for getting out money back, no response. We will follow all channels to get our money back as we are going to have to hire someone to fix the outside of our home which has been damaged. Would not want them ever to touch our property again as they have proved to be incompetent in doing things right. Never should use this contractor. In addition, I am doing a remodel on another project, had them come out to give a bid, and they agreed to do so. They never responded to this request. This happened prior to the repair that went wrong. They are bad business people on so many fronts.

Beware, do not listen. He does not have 35 years experience. He scratched my floors, did not leave doors closed, did not clean up, damaged pictures.
