My mother needed work done on her back deck done. We priced other contractors but Robert was the best price. We Signed the contract at the end of July. He said do to cost and shortages it would take longer to get the job done. We understood that it may be a few weeks longer then expected. But we were up against a tight deadline. And he meet sure does that he could get the job done in a timely manner . It took way longer to get the work done then what we were initially told it would take. The job finally got finished in October of 2020. Robert was supposed to come back clean up the extra wood from the deck that was left. They never came back to pick up that trailer full of wood Still Remains in my mother's yard that was from October of last year. I feel this company is very unprofessional I have reached out several times to have Robert to come pick up the trailer out of my mother's yard I have been met with excuses after excuses. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone else this has been a very bad experience for me and my mother. The overall look of the deck was not bad I will say that. But the professionalism is not there.
