Central Air Cleaner Service

Contractor hired in June 2009 and we finally had to get an alternate contractor August 2010 to finish the job. Ironically, new contractor able to complete important roof work within a week of hire and in just 2 days time without any leaks... can't say the same for Hamilton Sheetmetal. Contractor had lots of excuses for delays, many broken promises, very poor communication, subpar quality, and the (last straw) roof leaked after getting just one section of the roofing done on the project. Hamilton Sheetmetal was not up to the task and I would not recommend them for any job. We are still waiting on a refund for pre-paid work that was not done.

"This was a commercial job that had many permitting issues with the City of Seattle that were completely out of our control. There are over 200 emails dating back an entire year communicating the ongoing issues that the customer created and was aware of with the City prior to hiring us but did not fully disclose to Hamilton Sheetmetal."

I worked with Kirk, the owner of Hamilton SheetMetal. My experience was awesome. Kirk worked very hard in order to get our furnace fixed, even tho the furnace it's self is/was a rather sub-par unit that was likely the cheapest the builder could find and install in my new-construction home. Kirk not only took time to ultimately resolve the problem, but educate me on various components and the problems the furnace was having. He was fast, fair, and very professional. I would recommend Hamilton SheetMetal to my friends, co-workers, and family, furthermore I look forward to working to H.S.M to install my Heatpump in 2011. Thanks Kirk!!
