Vinyl Siding - Install or Completely Replace
Part of siding job was to put new gutters and downspouts on the home. When completed at the bottom of the downspout there was no extension to take the water away from the foundation. Just drainage of one side of the roof dropped 6 inches from the foundation. Contacted contractor to request he extend this. No response from contractor. I'm an out of state property owner or I would have talked with him in person durng the installation.. The rest of the job was satisfactory however.

Helpful, nice, able to work with me on timing. I wasn't able to be there when the work was done and he was willing to wait to meet with me a few days later. Job looks like it was done well. I have hired him to do other work too.

Vinyl Siding - Repair or Partially Replace
He has not started the work yet but he came when he said he would, gave the lowest estimate and is couretous and a good communicator. He has now finished the work. Did a beautiful job, showed up on time and warrantied his work. I will definitely use him again, A+
