This is one of those bait-and-switch operations. They quoted different prices before the work. Lack of communication with the handyman they send to work does not exist. They changed the price of the project after the work was completed not while they were doing the work. Only semi-quality work was done by Josh, who installed a new storm door. I would not hire them again and hope no one else falls into their scam.

Do not hire this company they send unqualified unprofessional people. If you want sloppy work done for your home this is the company for you. I have learned my lesson and it cost me way too much. If I could leave negative stars I would. Just complete garbage.

Hammer and Tool were $165 to replace fence pickets with existing pickets. They are 2 higher and should have been cut to the correct length, screwed on their cut to correct length. It looks silly to have one side of double gate 2 higher. I would have discussed with the tradesmen but he had other issues going on. Nice person but work inferior.

"Sorry, you were not satisfied with the service. It is highly unusual to have a customer come up on the roof with me and try to direct every step of the process. Our policy is to do every job in the absolute best way possible unless the customer specifically requests otherwise. This is why I recommended we install the vents beneath multiple layers of shingles yet I installed it under one layer according to your request. Going forward it is a good idea to either allow a pro to make use of their skills and experience or consider doing the job yourself."
