After scheduling an appointment in the soonest available time slot, I called Gary to see if he would be available any earlier. He happened to be on the same street working on another project. He arrived a couple hours later and solved the primary issue with my roof quickly and did a good job before a storm arrived that night which made me feel much more comfortable with the strong wind conditions. I'll be hiring Gary to complete additional projects on my roof. Highly recommended.

Gary did a good job of repairing our shingles. Our roof was 12 years old and we had numerous singles missing due to high gusts bygone wind. Our shingles had been so an exact match was going to be impossible. He found some that were the same color but different. He cut and modified the new ones to be an exact match. Our roof looks like new again.

Showed up in a timely manner and we are looking forward to having them complete more work in the spring.

I m really satisfied

It is with great disappointment and frustration that I write this. A year ago, Hammer and Nails repaired our metal roof and was told by Gary Casteel, owner, that he guarantees his work . Within several months, the roof began leaking in several locations. After numerous calls leaving messages, there was no returned response. On the rare occasion that he did answer the phone, it was when we called by a different phone or he said he was going on vacation or coming back from vacation and behind in his work or he tried to text (we have a landline so that doesnâ t work). The last time, a couple weeks ago when I did finally get through, Gary said that I was on the list and would be out that following weekâ . The week came and went with no call or visit. Initially, a year ago, I was hopeful that the roof would be fixed. Now there are more leaks and damage and Iâ m very unhappy with this lack of professionalism.

They are a seasoned crew led by a very experienced businessman. Arrived on time on short notice. Assessed the job, gave me a reasonable estimate and went to work. Completed the job successfully and guaranteed their work for 1 year. I could think of any thing that they could have done better.

We had a roof leak and Gary came out on short notice. He was able to do the repairs that day. The pricing was very fair. We plan to use him for other repairs needed.

Very responsive to phone communications. Our roof was leaking during a very rainy period. Gary had lots of calls and people needing help. He worked us into his schedule. He checked and repaired all our roof areas, not just the one presently leaking.

Gary showed up for what he thought was a 1/2 hour job and stayed 3.5 hours. He stayed to worked to break through a plumbing blockage that turned out to be concrete that had hardened in my plumbing line. This was caused by my former contractor rinsing mortar and grout from his tools down my sink after tiling my floor and not making sure to run the water long enough to prevent the cement from hardening. If it was not for his persistence we would have be faced with a larger, more expensive job. I will definitely be recommending and, if necessary, be hiring Gary for any future jobs.

Excellent work ethic. Responded 2 days earlier than expected - Thanks! I'm especially grateful that they got there before snow that evening 5 more inches 2 days later. They even took down my satellite dish that DISH will not come and remove. Thanks again, Gary.

Hammer and Nails responded quickly, within 1 working day. A previous repair by Alotatech had been damaged, but Alotatech only gave me excuses for not responding for over 2 weeks. H and N did the repair in less than 2 hours. Only one week since the repair. No leakage or physical damage after high winds and rain last week. I originally rated Alotatech high, but have been unable to amend my rating using Home Advisor's system.
