He started really well and then lost control of the job and took too much other work on and just forgot about my work. That is really what happened and he never came back to finish it. The other people that I have talked to he screwed over very badly.

July 2022 Ron is Terminated as he drops out of communication and never returns to Property. Ron was paid $45,300.00 of $57,800. 80%. For an Addition, a Roof, and a 3 Room Remodel. Lets just say, NOTHING was Completed... Addition: Foundation and Framing half-ass Completed, sitting on a Failed Inspection, and exposed to the Spring and Summer elements of Coastal South Carolina. Roof: No start, no finish. Remodel: Falling off the walls. All Ceilings, Sheet Rock, Trim, and Tile that were completed by Ron are badly falling apart. Paint, Rons Specialty (tongue and cheek), peeling off the walls. All of which will need 100% Remediation. At the end of the day, I paid Ron $45,300.00 for a 250sqft Foundation and Framing. Oh. It gets better. Not only did Ron burn me, but he burned the HVAC Sub Contractor he Hired. I paid out another $1,200.00 (Rons Debt) to avoid a potential Lien on my Property. Brings my total to $46,500.00.... for a 250sqft Foundation and Framing. Now, I am paying for the same project a 2nd time. I have filed a Complaint with the SC LLR. I have hired an Attorney. Ron has made the last 7 Months of my life a living Hell. He is a calculated, manipulative, narcissist. Ron has crossed Licensing State Lines: Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Ohio, and guess what? The Registered Addresses in Florida and Ohio, bounce to the Moon! * As of this writing, it is rumored, that Ron has returned to the immediate area and is attempting to have others pull Permits for him. * Do your homework. Do not make the mistake I made hiring Ron.

He does not keep his promises. He violated the contract and he did not finish the job. I only have a foundation for which he received $30,830.00 he refuses to answer my calls or text messages. The foundation did not pass inspection by Brunswick County. He has left several other people with unfinished work. He is a thief and not dependable. We have hired an attorney to try to track him down but as of today, he is avoiding all contact. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. RON L.

Ron Lucien / Hammerhead was provided a substantial deposit and has not performed any work yet is late on contract in starting now and not returning messages and calls. He had reached out promised to remedy the situation to get on track weeks ago. I have filed a complaint with. This has become a stressful nightmare.

Very pleased with a complete renovation of a bathroom.

Renovations are never easy but Ron did a great job keeping us happy. They completed the project in a timely manner and any questions or concerns we had he addressed them immediately. Would definitely use again.
