Very good communication skills, explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem. Very reasonable price. I was actually working with a home warranty and they talked to the technician directly and the technician clearly communicated what was wrong and parts needed for repair. The warranty company then asked technician for the estimate. When the technician gave the estimate the warranty company response was " Is that all?". So I feel very confident I got a very fair price.
