They didnâ t explain the problem to me outside of the details I provided them before coming out. Said they could repair but then later said they couldnâ t because it was too dangerous and couldnâ t provide me details with visuals. Just have to take their word for it. Then gave me a scare tactic that everyone is going to die with an estimate of about $13k to replace the unit. They said they couldnâ t provide a breakdown of the bill and that they might be losing money on this project. Also if I donâ t buy now the price will double on January 1.

I had them replace my whole HVAC system. I interviewed 4 contractors with an engineer helping me vet them. They were by far the most knowledgeable and honest. They did not try to sell me on costly systems and expensive monthly plans with long contracts that are hard to get out of. They were the very best value and professional service!

There were some issues with the removal of the previous units, that concerned me, and the installation took longer then expected (few hours). Additionally I had to have them come back to re route one of the lines. I will say they were responsive and addressed all my concerns. I have now owned the 2 AC and Heating units I purchased for 5 Years and and extremely satisfied with my purchase. Would I purchase from them again... Yes... I'm already looking to replace a unit on another property in the near future.

A friend of mine that has his own property management company recommended Hammockâ s to me as I was having AC issues. Unfortunately, it turned out that I really needed a new AC unit and furnace. The process was pretty turnkey as Fred Fowler came out the same day as the original technician and provided me a couple of quotes that evening. Fred has been in the business for a few decades and is very knowledgeable. I made sure to compare their pricing and it was competitive so I decided to move forward with them. They were able to install my furnace and AC unit within a day or two. Jose and Juan were the installers and they were very knowledgeable and professional. They were easy to communicate, completed the job within a few hours and cleaned up very well. I would definitely recommend Hammockâ s.

I have been a customer since 2008. Had a new complete HVAC system (AC, Heat, Compressor) installed, which was priced reasonable. The installation Techs (Juan, Adrian) were on time, knowledgably and professional. They did an excellent installation job and cleanup. The company provides excellent customer service.

Central A/C Installation
The Hammock Team recently came to my home and replaced Both HVAC systems with new up-to-date Rheem Systems. Four guys (Giovanny, Jose, Juan, and Dmitriy) showed up at around 10 am and at about 4 pm had completely removed the old systems and installed the new ones. They were courteous, very responsive, worked in a clean work area, were very helpful, and performed a very high-quality job. I appreciate all Kenny, owner, does to take care of his customers and sends out a quality team to do so! Thanks a Million!!!

We solicited 5 competitive bids to replace our old residential HVAC systems and water heaters and we selected Hammock’s AC, Inc. Their sales rep, Fred, was highly experienced, specifically knowledgeable, and able to make good use of our time outlining viable options, pricing, and expected scheduling. His team of installers - Juan, Dmitriy, Adrian, and Fernando - all showed up punctually and well-prepared, very courteous and no surprises. Within 7 hours, they efficiently replaced our old units with all the specified new equipment and had everything up and running with all areas cleaned up. I purchased a new air conditioner and it was installed on 6/23/22. I paid $8,195.61 and Hammocks AC Incf. committed to providing 10-year parts and a 10-year labor warranty; they claim on the receipt that they will repair issues that arise as a result of faulty or poor workmanship or labor on our installed HVAC system, provided that Hammocks AC Inc. is notified of the issue during the warranty period. When the technicians installed the new unit, they forgot to take the tape off of one of the parts of the unit, causing water to flood the pan underneath it, into my attic and caused water damage to the ceiling, at least 3 walls and the floor of a second story bedroom, and water damage in the floor of the hallway. In addition, their techs came out and used my home vacuum to suck up the water, which caused an odor to start coming from my vacuum. I noticed the water damage and notified them about it on 6/25/22 and let them know that I filed a claim with my insurance on 6/27/22. They sent someone out to check the leak the day I reported it and then sent one of their techs out to look at the water damage on the 27th, then paid a restoration company that did not offer mold testing to dry it out t on 6/30/22 (so the water sat for 5-7 days) and they never had anyone in management (I have been told it was John in charge of this) call me to explain next steps; they just had the restoration company call me to schedule repairs. The mold testing/remediation was very important to me because of the water sitting for 7 days (I made that clear to anyone who would listen) and the potential for problems down the road. The restoration company then sent someone out to paint over the water damage on the walls and stretch out and reuse my water-damaged carpet. I told them I was going to have a mold test done, and they said they had to stop work and I had to send the mold report to Hammock and they would decide how to move forward. Hammock sales rep, Krystal Burns, told me on July 6th that since I was having a mold test done, that they would have a Hammock insurance agent come out and that I could not do any work until they did; I sent Hammock the mold report and they never called me about the results or sent the restoration company back out. Nobody ever called me from their insurance and I later found out they did not file the claim until July 14th. The estimate to get this fixed was $8,785.63; when I got no response from them through several emails, I decided it was time to contact the BBB; Sheila Hartman response: At this point and time all I can say is please contact your insurance company. Now, I am having to run it through my own insurance and they have never shown any interest in resolving this with me.

"Stephanie, We have done everything to get this resolved. We had our installers out the same day it was reported, and another tech to follow up a couple of days later. After then we contacted our restoration company (which does not do mold testing due to conflict of interest) to place dyers to make sure everything was dry and set up a day to start repairs. Also stated to you there were no signs of mold and no reason to test. They were going to paint and clean your carpets and you declined the work. You got your insurance company involved the first day of the water leak, therefore we called ours to deal with yours."
