"Stephanie, We have done everything to get this resolved. We had our installers out the same day it was reported, and another tech to follow up a couple of days later. After then we contacted our restoration company (which does not do mold testing due to conflict of interest) to place dyers to make sure everything was dry and set up a day to start repairs. Also stated to you there were no signs of mold and no reason to test. They were going to paint and clean your carpets and you declined the work. You got your insurance company involved the first day of the water leak, therefore we called ours to deal with yours."
