Tech arrived fours hours early claiming customer called in and requested earlier time which is not true . Tech wore protective booties for house but also wore them outside on grass and pavement. House empty, felt charge significant. No extra effort to restore nap under furniture legs. Questionable effort to restore soiled pathways.
