I contacted Home Advisor on a Sunday afternoon (SUNDAY), and within 5 minutes Mr. Hammond contacted me by phone. He came to my house within 30 minutes of our phone conversation and gave me a (more than) fair quote for the job. They have not finished the job because of all the rain we have had, unfortunately. It has been 2 weeks but Mr. Hammond said he would take care of it. and I am quite sure he will. Update- Mr. Hammond has finished and did a wonderful job. He is a hard working, honest man and hopefully will come back to do fall clean-up for me.
