He was very prompt in coming for an estimate and doing the work. He was excellent in some areas, like the high ceiling fan, the tracks in the sliding glass door, the cabinet doors and drawers, and the greasy walls in the kitchen. I found the floor around the toilet not to be cleaned, under the kitchen cabinet cabinets along the molding not up to my standards. I thought for the price it was not the best value, but it was done within days of my request so that was a plus. He was professional and very nice for sure.

Hammonds Home Detailing provided excellent service for my "rush" spring cleaning. I got my estimate and service within 24 hours. The service was amazing and everything turned out as I had hoped it would. I had clear expectations and Lawrence was an excellent listener as we walked through the house and discussed what I was looking for. The estimate that he provided was accurate and reasonable for the work that was done. He worked quickly and provided a very thorough cleaning -- much to my relief as my guests were arriving in mere hours. He worked well on his own initiative, but checked when he had a question about something. The house looked wonderful -- everything clean and sparkling and it smelled terrific! We were originally quoted $200 for a move-out cleaning. When I requested to have the floors posished which was with Murphy's soap and bona polish (you just rub on and leave to dry) he charged me another $80. When I returned to inspect the floors were not done that I paid $80 for. The freezer still had debree inside. Plus the kitchen cupboards were full of food debree. The sliding glass door window was also left unclean with tape on it. I don't think the light cleaning was worth the money. Especially the $80 extra charged.

I have been using him for almost a year. He is very professional, thorough, and clearly a nice, honest young man. He listens well, is attentive to my needs, and is also flexible with scheduling.
