"The customer signed a contract on April 29th. It takes 3-5 days to get the paperwork processed and the material ordered. We then have to complete other jobs on the docket. We attempted to get customers jobs scheduled in a timely fashion when other jobs were in the area. Unfortunately, every time we were attempting to get the job on the docket there was rain in the forecast so we did not want any damage done. We lost almost a complete week of our schedule due to rain days. At that point, we had customers that purposely waited to have installations completed when they were closing on their home or their insurance claim was expiring. The customer did not indicate that he had a necessary time table or a desperate need for repair. His job was completed within a month of the signed contract. We did the best we could considering the weather and timeliness of other customers that had contracts before his. We apologize for any misunderstanding of the timeliness of the completion of the job. Additional communication training with the salesman will be conducted."
