When ONG found a gas leak and shut off my gas, used HomeAdvisor and found a licensed plumber highly rated, and Hampton's was at my house that evening. I had several leaks, so it was quite complicated, but technician was wonderful and got the paperwork, city inspector and gas back on quickly. I was very well satisfied.

James was great. He stayed with us thru our whole ordeal. He was super friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly. Robbin was also just amazing. She helped us getting our permit filed and kept us up to date on when James would be out. We have found our forever plumber!!

After calling 23 plumbers about the problem with my whirlpool tub, I came to Home Advisors and found Hampton Plumbing. James came out the next day to evaluate the problem, and the pump was worn out. Within a few days he had a new pump and came the day it arrived to install it. I HIGHLY recommend Hampton Plumbing and will use them for any future plumbing problems I face.

Hampton gave us an estimate range over the phone, we hired based on the estimate, that was within my budget. Hampton came out as schedule in the afternoon and stayed until the job was done. Do to the type of installation required a little additional water line changes were made and the additional cost was very reasonable. Overall very please with the service and promptness. Of course plumbing is always expensive however the cost was within reason for the project. Very happy with the job.

It is always comforting to know that people with James Hampton's knowledge, skills and ability are still in business. It took me 2 days and speaking to many so-called knowledgeable people before I contacted Hampton who was able to take care of what could have been a costly mistake on my part, in no time at all. James Hampton did a very professional job of diagnosing the problem and knowing how to replace the part on warranty and then returning promptly to complete the repair. Extremely happy with his skill knowledge, courtesy, and responsiveness as well as his office manager who kept me updated on when James would arrive. After trying some other plumbing companies in the area, I am very pleased to finally find my go-to plumber.
