Prompt and courteous on a small project.

I was most impressed with the responsiveness of this company and it's employees. The work that was requested was accomplished on time. Those completing the work were very personable and were concerned that they finish the work and clean-up in the time period estimated. I will definitely call upon this company again when the need arises.

Less than 1 star! But the lowest I could give this contractor. Had an issue with a sump pump that was not getting current. HMS came, and he plugged it in... (The tenant had unplugged it by mistake). Next he checked a fan that would not turn on, and said the electric system had to be re-wired from the outside panel, to the inside panel, as there is no attic access he would also make holes in the ceiling, had to be done asap, and scared me saying the house could catch on fire, stated he would email me an estimate. Came the bill, $90 per hour. He had been there less than 1 hour, and he charged me for 1½ hours! $145.00 I contested his bill (had done nothing either) and said he would charge me 1 hour if I paid cash. He then followed me to the bank where he got his cash. Never emailed me an estimate either. Hate when I get feel like I was taken like that by a so-called professional. I felt had with no work ethic or morals. Felt like highway robbery! I recommend that you do not hire them.

These guys got the job done quickly and professionally. I needed outdoor outlets and new breakers installed before a weekend party and they delivered in a very short time frame, and navigated a challenging attic to complete the work. Highly recommend.

I went through 4 other contractors that either didn't call me back or they never showed up when I had an appointment with them. Nothing burns my chaps more than begging someone to take my money. I found these gentlemen on HomeAdvisor and they blew my expectations out of the water. They were on-time, courteous, great service, cleaned-up after themselves and gave me a great price. I couldn't have had a better experience. I have quite a few more projects that I'm lining up that I will definitely have them do.

They missed the first appt but did the work when they arrived and worked quietly and cleaned up after themselves

We had an electrical fire in two of our outside outlets because of an unprofessional electrician. Thank god it was outside and these guys were quick to fix it.

Work was done efficiently and quickly. The electrician made sure that the electrical outlets that we wanted moved were placed exactly where it made most sense for the project. The fan installation and exterior light fixture were completed quickly even though the exterior fixture presented some problems. They were on time today and the price was very fair. We asked advice for a future project and got some very sound suggestions; we will hire HMS again for sure.

Contractor was on time and work full days. He always kept me informed as to the progress on the project. During the project we ran into an unexpected hurdle. The contractor was able to evaluate the situation and came up with a solution without affecting the project scope or schedule.
