David Hancock gave us a work estimate the same day I called. Gabriel and crew completed the chimney repair the very next day. I found the Hancock crew polite and eager to please. Besides the estimate work, I asked for several modifications to the project scope. These modifications added a very modest $35 to the original estimate which I already considered very reasonable. Now, three weeks later, we have a leak-free chimney. The work comes with a 10 yr labor guarantee. I definitely recommend Hancock Roofing.
