Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
I was much happier with the previous person you sent me about a year or so ago. This person was not timely, took 3 days to complete the project, cost twice as much, and did an average job. Maybe I was just spoiled by the other guys.

"This was an unfair rating, due to the weather I was not able to complete the job in a timely matter also suggested for customer to replace some materials that were rotted, but customer did not want to do so. I did what the customer asked of me."

Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings Installation
Joe Lacerte from Handbreadth Construction did a great job installing interior doors units and crown molding in our condo. He was there when he said, no mess everything cleaned and finished on time. The job he did exceeded our expectations and looks great. I live 250 miles from Austin and was not able to be there while he was doing the job. He will do what he says, very trustworthy & very reasonable on the cost. I would not consider using another contractor in Austin if I ever need one. Joe Lacerte is the contractor to call.
