We used them for multiple projects. I worked with two ladies - customer service was excellent. However the contractor,Pete, was not as neat or detail conscious as I am used to. I had to point out several areas he overlooked that needed more attention. I ended up cleaning up paint splatter in the master bath after he’d finished his clean up. Nice company to work with, not too expensive, however the details are subpar.

The workmanship was very horrible! I had to get another handyman service complete the job and then they did not want pay me for the correction of the job, for damages done on property so I had to take them to court to get reimbursed for the money they owed me. Update on 9/19/2019 I won my case against H and H Handyman Services!!

The man who came out to put new gutter filters up was very nice, but he didn't realize our duplex was that high and he didn't have a big enough ladder so had to use one of ours. Even was nice enough to clean out our gutters for us.

When you are going to do plumbing works, you need at least some decent tools to do the work. Not just come with some toy tools. It is so unprofessional. I ended up letting him used my tools. Otherwise I dont think he would have completed the job.
