My AC decided to die on a holiday. I loved that there was not an extra holiday service charge. James B arrived approximately 2 hours after I called. He quickly identified the problem, had the part, and replaced it - all in 30 minutes or less. My entire system probably needs to be replaced and I plan to use H&H for that job too.

Brian and his coworker Scott installed a new AC unit, and every aspect of the job was excellent. They were fast, efficient, and got the job done with no concerns. Brian talked me through the install at the start and end of the job, entirely professional and helpful throughout. I would recommend H&H with no reservations.

Pan arrived during the window he gave; identified the problem almost immediately and promptly set about repairing the zone wiring. He was respectful regarding the property and donned cover ups immediately. Unfortunately since it is an oil furnace we cannot purchase a service contract but I would recommend him to anyone!

The staff and the service techs are awesome. They explain the job and costs and follow up if necessary. Experienced , pleasant and work in a timely manner. I would use their service again if needed.

Hired these folks about 6 years ago to replace our AC Unit. They've been servicing both Heater and A/C ever since. Decent price for annual contract and they are always nice, on time and professional.

My service men from H&H were friendly, explained the work to be done, professional, and the work was done in a timely manner. The conditions in their work area were not good ( soot, very low ceiling, etc) , I did not stay in there long at all ( breathing stuffy) . These men are very dedicated to their work. Pleased with the new heater/boiler!

This business is exceptional as they have a great team working together as one unit to resolve all issues and provide the best of service. The first technician (JOHN DOE) appeared to spend more time focusing on the sale and install of new blower motor and "less" time trying to ensure my unit was up and running prior to leaving. He appeared more rushed after payment. However, Joe (Manager) addressed the issue immediately (same day) and sent another tech (STEVE) who took time to explain components (pros and cons of my system and recommendations) which I appreciated. In addition, Steve is the hero here and corrected the issue of the first Tech within five (5) minutes time. Steve's knowledge of the air conditioning and heating system is flawless. Prior to leaving, Steve made sure both my air conditioner and heating (furnace) was running efficiently without lag or delay. In addition, Steve took the time to explain the reason behind his recommendations for future maintenance of my unit(s) and did something many contractors do not do - namely, waited for me to read the contract prior to signing and explained the details during the same. Steve is superb and I recommend him highly. Lastly, Emily (secretary) was consistent and kept me abreast as to the time of arrival ("TOA") of Steve up to the minute. Upon completion, Joe (Manager) called to ensure I received the best of care as a follow-up. Overall, this company is a cut above the rest and one decimal from perfection. I will recommend and utilize their services for all of my units.

Also I had a new furnace put in. John was great helping me pick out a unit and Emily was polite in helping us get asap. Mike and Wayne were pros....job was clean and working great.

Never had air repair do such thorough exam of system if previous companies did this probably would not have the existing problem. He was honest and told us what to expect.
