For service work, we have a trip charge of $54.50. If we do the work when we are there, you will pay only the cost of the work and not pay the trip charge. There is no trip charge for new construction or commercial projects., We also install water treatment and purification systems., We install water heaters, tankless water heaters, sump pumps and sewage pumps., We install water mains, sewer mains, well pumps and water systems., We specialize in home and commercial repairs and installations. No job is too small.

They were friendly, on time, and had quoted a price and the job ended up being less. Haven't had any problems since they completed the job.

The service person was friendly and professional. He repaired the leak in my water shut off valve and installed my new bathroom faucet in a timely manner for the price quoted. The new faucet works great and looks beautiful.

Water Main - Install, Replace or Repair
They installed a new main water line from the street, replaced a water heater, ran an additional gas line inside the house to the kitchen, and installed a sump pump in the basement. All seem to be working well.

My gas was turned off, due to some gas leaks detected by Vectren. H&S was 'spot-on' with understanding my problem and aligning with a helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous technichian. Without his help I might still be without heat or hot water.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
They were here the first time for 3.5 hours did what the manufacture of the unit suggested which included running new gas pipes. They installed new copper gas pipes and fittings at $357. Didn't fix the problem RHEEM sent us a new part for the tankless water heater and its working but an additional $132. My issue is not with the plumbers. The fixed the problem, it is with the manufacture of the water heater...RHEEM.

Arrived on-time; explained everything I asked (tried to explain more); accepted my decision to not do one project because it was much more involved than I thought (and therefore not worth it to me anymore); replaced my disposal and ensured it worked properly. All in a timely manner. I have no idea how to rate the price, as I didn't get any competing quotes.
