This is a get it done kind of company. Very personable yet professional! I would highly recommend them to family ,friends, anybody!
Really good experience
I called H&S to fix a problem with my geo thermal unit. They came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Jason also went the extra mile and checked to make sure there were no other problems with my Geo Thermal.
Met with Jason and he was really easy to work with and did great work!
Jason and his team are top notch. They were very informative courteous, professional and thorough. They did not leave until we were happy. The system has been working perfectly. I can't give them enough stars.
Remote from the Twin Cities, but really nice and very responsive. Expert on geothermal.
In November, 2017 H&S replaced an old Econar and installed a new Bosch Geo unit. From estimate, installation, and follow through, not only was Jason's estimate was very competitive, his customer service to make certain I was happy with value and performance went beyond my expectations. As a DIY-er, I very much understand unique challenges with retrofitting with any type of home project. Jasonâs expertise with respect to quick troubleshooting minimized any of the very few unforeseen glitches. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his company if a home owner is looking for a geothermal unit and the commitment of a company to stand behind their product and service. L. Will, New Brighton, Mn
In 2015, my wife and I built our dream home and final home that we will retire in, on some acreage out in Sherburne County. We decided to general contract the entire project ourselves. Both my wife and I have had a fair amount of building experience, so we knew what we were looking for in our HVAC sub-contractor. First and foremost, we wanted a quality contractor that has been in the business for a while, who had a good reputation for their work, and just as important a good reputation for their follow-up service work. We did not want a taillight warrant from our HVAC installer because we were going GEO Thermal this time. These systems are not only costly to put in initially, but they are very labor intensive to put in as well, and require a fair amount of excavation. We could not afford to go with the B-Team to install this system in our new home. After doing our research on the company that had the best reputation around for quality installation and service, we settled on H&S Heating. They had been in the business for years and have done several GEO Thermal system installs. I met with the owner Jason and we sat down and discussed the RIGHT system to put in, not the cheapest or the most expensive. He provided us with an analysis of what the system would initially cost, the federal rebate tax incentives (30% of cost), and what the ultimate pay back would be in years before the system would be paid off and we were making money when compared to a traditional HVAC system. Even though the system was about twice as expensive to but in compared to a traditional forced air furnace and A/C unit, in the long run, it was only about $10,000 more once we factored in the federal rebate and Connexus Energy rebates. We figured the pay off would be 3-5 years, which made this a no brainer for my wife and I to factor this in on the project. We told Jason up front that we were going energy efficient with this house, which included the HVAC system, hot water system, spray foam insulation, windows, lighting, etc... It would cost us a little more money up front, but in our retirement years, it would pay us back ten-fold. Jason and his entire crew were great to work with. If they said they were going to be there, they were there, and on time every time. This was extremely important to us because we could not afford to be off on our schedule. As in all projects of this magnitude, we had go backs for minor things that needed to be taken care of. Any time I called, they were there immediately and took care of the minor issues that came up. That is the follow-up service we were looking for! Jason told us up front that he would not be the cheapest in town, but it was more important for us to have quality installation and service with no headaches once everyone was packed up and they left our building site with their check in hand, because that is when it REALLY matters. Even the Building Inspector commented on how great a j
